The coaching will be focused on a present challenge or goal Charles is working on at that moment. This may be related to a specific training topic.
12 coaching sessions to be run during 2022 & 2023.

- Self-organizing teams/shared governance
- Building habits for healthy cultureWe’ve agreed on 10 sessions in total, each to be delivered online over 2hrs. These will be run once (typically) every 2 months over the 2022/23 period. The exact schedule to be agreed.

A limitation on the coaching sessions is that they must be used during 2022 & 2023 - they won’t roll over into 2024.
With the training, a minimum of 5 sessions will run in 2022, leaving a maximum of 5 in 2023. This is designed to prevent a rush during 2023 to complete the sessions. All of the training sessions must be used during the 2022 & 2023 period - they won’t roll over to 2024.
All sessions will be delivered online via zoom or a similar tool.

Either of us must give 48 hours notice if we want to cancel before a session. If you (Charles) cancel within that time then the session is classed as used. If I (Jon) cancel within the 48hr period then the session will remain available to be rebooked, and an additional one will be provided at no additional charge.

This leadership development programme has been designed to fit within Charles’ work schedule. We will discover the best pattern of planning ahead vs flexibility during the time we work together. A starting guide would be to book coaching sessions with 2-3 week’s notice and training with 4 weeks notice. This is subject to change based on circumstances at the time.
